Initial consultations are completely free of charge. No payment is required for the first confidential discussion about your case. If a paid consultation is arranged for complex cases, this fee is non-refundable but will be adjusted against the total service fee if you proceed.
A 50% advance payment is required before any investigation work begins. This advance covers initial resource allocation, agent deployment, and operational costs. The advance is partially refundable under the conditions outlined below.
